Hey DHS! Welcome to the new school year. This marks my second year writing for The Journal. I am a junior now who not only writes, but reads in my spare time. My favorite genres I enjoy include contemporary, fantasy, and romance stories. I own three dogs, two of them are Shih Tzus and a German Shepherd. They are a handful, but I am very fortunate to have them. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. We all love to go to the lake in Mineral Wells which allows my mom to fish and us to swim. I am very excited for this year to express myself through my writing and hopefully touch the lives of others. I hope this year brings different, but positive changes to everyone’s lives!
